14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee on all new annual subscriptions. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a complete refund — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email support@intellifields.com with your order reference (available in your Paddle receipt) and we will process the refund promptly. Refunds are issued by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
Renewal charges
Renewal charges are non-refundable after 48 hours of the renewal date. If you wish to cancel before your next renewal, please do so before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
Partial-year refunds
Partial-year or pro-rata refunds are not offered outside of the 14-day guarantee window.
