Terms of Service — Intellifields Horizon

These Terms of Service govern your use of Intellifields Horizon (“the Software”), provided by Intellifields (“we”, “us”).

1. Licence

Upon purchasing a subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on up to 2 devices per licence key. The Explorer (free) tier may be used without purchase.

2. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Your billing relationship is with Paddle. Paddle handles all VAT, sales tax, and payment processing on our behalf.

3. Subscription & Renewal

Subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder before renewal.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute the Software. Licence keys are for your use only and may not be shared.

5. Disclaimer

The Software produces financial projections for planning purposes only. Intellifields accepts no liability for investment or financing decisions made based on outputs from the Software.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate licences that violate these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
